It is a joy to be able to worship God with His people.

On March 25 we were blessed by a visit from Michael and Susan Bradrick.

Click here for details and pictures.
Also, we said hello to two new young men, David and Joseph, interning with Wade Myers of RealManage. We also said goodbye to Nolan and Phillip (see previous post). May God’s blessing go with them.

There’s just something about little girls playing in a meadow, especially when they are your little girls.
Emily and Annie

Panoramic view of the meadow in our backyard. In a month it will be filled with wildflowers. Stay tuned.

Swinging is a wonderful activity, from the gentle, lulling movement of a hammock on a hot summer day to the adventurous flying of a child’s swing.
Annie swings high.

Emily in flight as she jumps from a swing.

Video of Matthew and Abigail jumping from the swing.

We have been blessed by the presence of two outstanding young men, Nolan and Phillip, who are interning with a business owned and run by a member of our church.
These two men have been a delight to get to know, have been faithful contributors to our church fellowship, and have provided a terrific example to our sons. We will miss them when their time here is finished.

The redbud trees are beautiful in the Spring.

Newly planted brussel sprouts, onions, and cabbage.

A row of redbud trees with a thunderstorm approaching,

Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty. Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain: Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind: Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire: Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. Psalm 104: 1-5
